List 1: The responders

These are the badboys who click on the links in your emails. Your fans , your allegiance. Add these followers to their own list. Cater to their needs by sending them products and offers they will be interested in . Pay attention to their likes and dislikes. I should probably insert some kind of joke that sort of demonstrates what I ment in the first three lines. Yeah …..i probably should !

List 2: The new subscribers

These are like the freshmen in school. The new kids on block ( NKOTB ) . They asked to belong to the cool kid club but you don’t know much about them.  Put them on a separate list until you do. Throw some messages at them see if they snap back.

List 3: The openers

These are the guys who sign up to belong to the ” group ” but never take any action. They usually ” want ” to be something , but don’t know how to follow through. Put them in their own club and teach them how to take step. Push if needed :) But not too hard. Folks aren’t as tough as they use to be.

List 4: The deadbeats

These are the types who are too cool for everything. They don’t open the emails or in marketing terms ” they don’t take action” .But them on a separate list and don’t bother with them. They may slap you in the face with a spam complaint. People have itchy trigger fingers yah know.
